Welcome to Unbound Theatre, an award-winning production company at the heart of inspirational storytelling in Buckinghamshire and beyond. 

Our motto Tell Great Stories runs through the heart of our work, which incorporates theatre, audio, comedy sketches and film.

We're based at the Queens Park Arts Centre in Aylesbury, a cultural hub of arts in Bucks, providing over a hundred workshops every week.

Recently we celebrated our 10th Anniversary, and we can't wait to share all our projects with you.

Henry IV Part 1 - Act 1

An epic audio series begins! Our 10-part adaptation of Shakespeare's two 'Henry IV' plays will be released in daily episodes, starting today.

Henry Bolingbroke challenged the divine right of kings. His deposing of Richard II struck at the heart of English society. Now Henry IV must confront the consequences of his actions, as uprisings against the usurper king gather momentum.

Our Inspector Murder Listener's Club is all about flashbacks this week...

The first of Samuel Ogilvie’s case files transports Laura back to 1879, when the Inspector and Luc were still in the employ of Scotland Yard. Working alongside Detective Davies, they investigate the bizarre appearance of severed toes at several locations across London. Deciphering the cryptic link between the locations, they soon find themselves travelling to a butcher’s shop, where a gruesome discovery and a fiery new acquaintance await them…

Comedy star Sidney Braithwaite died a long time ago. A decade later, the allegations finally came to light. Now, thirty years on, his films are no longer shown, though 'Simply Sid' hasn't been forgotten.

The studio where Sidney made his name is in trouble. Films are few and far between, but a plan is being put together to turn its fortunes around. 'Simply Sid' is being summoned back for an encore performance.

However, not everyone is clamouring to see Sidney’s cinematic curtain call. His estranged daughter Louise is determined to stop the studio from making the film, but she’s about to discover that her father left far more than bad memories behind when he took his final bow...
