I have this HC set in the Comfortable verse, where reader loves to knit and would love to give gifts to her boys even before they all started dating. It started with her knitting a scarf for Kyle. In fact, one of the first times 141 hears about you (and witnesses Kyle's pining) is when they ask him about his new scarf and he's all too happy to boast about his cute roommate knitted it for him.

After meeting the rest of the 141, you start to knit things for them as well. You gift Soap some socks after he complains of losing all his. Soap already develops feelings easily, but the thoughtful gift makes him even more smitten.

And these gifts is actually just one of the ways you break down Price and Simon's walls. When you greet Price with a smile and gift him with a knit hat seems he seems to love his own hat so much, his smile is so soft yet so fond as he feels his heart warm. And when you skip up to Simon with a pair of gloves, saying you made them in case his hands get cold on deployment or just in general, he will never admit it but his heart skipped several beats in that moment.

And one day, just to surprise them, you make them a cozy blanket to keep at base (as decoration or comfort, you tell them it's up to them.) The boys obviously decide on comfort, and it becomes a regular occurrence to see them bicker over the blanket until they all finally decide to squish under it together.

(But yes, it's very typical for Price to walk in a rock paper scissors contest between Simon, Soap, and Gaz on who gets the blanket.)

(And yes, it's also very typical for Price to snag the blanket before they can notice and take it for himself. Perks of being captain, after all!) -Simpy

She definitely adds onto the blanket to make it bigger when she finds out they argue over it, making sure it’s big enough for them all to comfortably fit under it

And what if she tries to teach them how to knit and they come back and surprise her with gifts too 😭
