In this easy, beginner-level workshop, you will learn how to build a pier that goes out over the water, on a beach lot, in the Sims 2. We will be using the Lot Adjuster (just to untick/retick one little box!)

Sims 2 Tutorial - How to build an upside down house. Part 1

I think/hope I have explained this in depth enough. Please ask if theres something you get stuck on.

This tutorial is assuming you have AL and/Mansion and Garden stuff, as it requires the roof pieces and the wall shiftability that came with either/or of those two eps.

Before we begin there are a few things you will need to get for this to work.

Essentials

Over/Under OMSPs by Silent Lucidity

Deco Doors by Huge Lunatic

Invisible modular stairs by Cyclone Sue

You will also need the script for the stairs, this is an absolute must or else the will not function! For some reason the script isn't included in the download so I have made it available here

Easiest installion is via scriptiorium or follow this path for a manual installation "C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSData\Res\Catalog\Scripts"

Aesthetic Purposes

4ESF Stair cover Remapped by MLC

Demolition 'Reber' Fence by Guatla

Handy Tools (These are for if you have sims on the lot)

OMSP Controller by Julsfels

Stay things shrub (if your sim moves all your roofing will disappear as the OMSPS they are on are objects!! Activate the shrub so you don't lose all your work!)

Add all that to your downloads, grab a coffee, maybe pop on some tunes and you're ready to go.
