In this easy, beginner-level workshop, you will learn how to build a pier that goes out over the water, on a beach lot, in the Sims 2. We will be using the Lot Adjuster (just to untick/retick one little box!)

Ever wondered how I made the clean and empty neighborhood templates? Well, I just wrote a tutorial so that you can clean and empty any custom neighborhood you want.

This might be helpful to retrieve a corrupted neighborhood which you want to save. Or if you’d like to renovate a already pre-made custom neighborhood that has occupied lots in it.

Yes, there are other invisible floors out there... but I'm not sure about floor edge invisibility with them. I use this one, it's what I know! 😅
