This apartment complex is located on The Old Salt House lot in the Spice Market District. There are four apartments and a great outdoor area. In the first part I show you the lower two apartments. On the first floor there is room for a family of four and their dog. The apartment has two bathrooms, an open kitchen with a spacious dining area and a nice living room. The children's room is colourfully furnished and there is a lot to discover. On the second floor there is a modern apartment for two Sims. The kitchen in industrial style and the dining area are among the highlights. From the balcony your Sims enjoy the view over San Myshuno.
