I’ve created an old NZ style mill for #DesignMeDevon, a series that the talented simmer DevonBumpkin is doing.

“Kai and Gareth stumbled across this old abandoned mill on the wharf and fell instantly in love. They want this glorious old building converted into an industrial-styled eco home, with enough room for them to start a family. Kai is an artist and very spiritual, and Gareth is a gamer who loves his bicycles, so they'd like a room each to dedicate to their hobbies. With a budget of $20k can you turn this large project into a home worthy of a young growing artistic family? No Batuu stuff pls!”

If you’d like to try your hand at the challenge or just use the mill as a base for a build, I’d love to see what you come up with!

I was made aware of this awesome challenge and I thought I’d try my hand at it! So here we go, the Desert Island Challenge by @qblinka

Meet Tobias Bird, a gentle and kind hearted guy who works for Evergreen Harbor Museum as a curator. He’s a suave fellow, keeps to himself and likes to focus on his work.

Sim Showcase - Aden DevonBumpkin & Blue

Aden, otherwise known as @DevonBumpkin is a simmer, youtuber, streamer and generally all around lovely fellow! His builds are mind blowing, his videos hilarious and his streams are a pleasure to hang out in, so I HAD to give it a go at making him a sim-self (with his blessing of course!)

So here you go Aden! You and Blue! (ps, I’m sorry about the swim shorts... they were just too funny to pass up!)

He felt so much better after having a shower. Being naked in the great outdoors was actually rather invigorating!!

He was extremely pleased to see as he returned to his camp that Dr Tony was waiting for him, wanting to check up on Tobias and make sure he was ok. After a bit of friendly chatter, the two decided to make a sandcastle. It’s not like there’s much else to do!
