Cooking Contest venue + several paintings recolours 🧡💛💚💙💜

Little cookout contest lot for my little cooking enthusiasts. I was inspired by cooking shows so I added fresh products section so they can in my imagination grab things from there too and not only the fridges. I made several ingame paintings recolours and I'd love to share them with you: SFS Everything is clearly marked so you can see what is what and throw out what you don't like💗💗💗💗

Old Factory teens hangout spot💯☢🎉

Community lot for teens and all a bit rebellious at heart. It's an old abandoned factory with a bizarre hottub... It must be radioactive but noone really knows👀🎈Sims can eat hotdogs, watch TV, and even have a nap. There are drinks too, and comfy spots to sit and socialize. Young artists made some graffiti.

When building this place the movie "Lost Boys" was somehow on my mind. That's why several unusual objects and lots of candles😁

Tattoo parlour 😘

Here's my take on tattoo parlour (I have recoloured buncha of @deedee-sims functional tattoo paintings). It's a private bussiness studio as I try to avoid random npcs etc. You know control freak me😋 We have waiting room where sims can pick up their tattoo, stylist chair, and a little spot for customers recovery:) and workers to chill.

Should you want tattoos skin overlays @deedee-sims is a place to go 😘

PS. I do create some playable sims and townies just to own and be employed in businesses and I sometimes neglect them badly but with the mods I have they're having quite happy lives😁 No sims go unhappy and I'm happy🥰😘

TIP: When I build community lot I want to be owned by a sim, I add PRIVATE in the lot name. It makes it easier🙂

Lalandia in progress 💚

Slowly getting there:) My little city grows and is getting ready for first settlers to move in and open their businesses. Some fully furnished houses and apartments already there. I have one snowy forever hotel so far and several free to visit and chill public places.

Public no npcs/no business ownership lots: library, university, market, dog park, fun town, several restaurants, gentelmen club, women club, gym, cinema, rollerskate park, bowling alley, cemetery, camping, nightclub

Private lots: pet shop, flower shop, gas station with food corner, supermarket, hospital, tattoo parlour, cat caffee, clothing store, spa

Planned public lots: beach with several small shops, disco, teenagers hangout den, internet caffee, wedding venue, meadow (with plumbobkeep plants), laundromat (with functional washing machines and dryers for sims to obsess over:)) and I'll most likely come up with some more😄

Any ideas how to make somehow functional public lot grooming/vet/pet center? I just like my lots to have some functional aspects in them.

Gentelmen club 😃

I'm feeling Stepford vibe so I built a male sims only club (and have one for female sims planned😁) With visitor selector this lot is ready to discriminate😆😆😆. Let's peek inside...
