5 Ambrose Avenue (CC-Free Lot)
Looking for a CC-free home that fits perfectly in a mountainous hood? Well, as part of my Chestnut Hood Project, I’ll be releasing the lots from my new neighbourhood that contain no custom content. This is a small lot with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nursery. It also includes a basic garden that can be expanded as needed!
Created with Any Game Starter, this is a completely safe and clean lot with no Sim references. It’s also been cleaned out using the Sims2Pack Clean Installer and compressed. I’ve tested it in my own Ultimate Collection game and found no issues, but you notice any problems then please let me know!
The bedding pictured below features default replacements and will not appear like this in your game. The screenshots were taken in my UC game during testing. The same applies for the white roof trimming.
