Back up game then "copy" Sims 3 folder by remaining the original when you open the launcher it will generate a new Sims 3 folder. Use that one to test the reshade it won't have any cc in it but you could still see if it works. If not then just delete new Sims 3 folder and unrename old Sims 3 folder. Tip name the Sims 3 folder something like Sims 3 old. Then delete the old part.

It makes perfect sense. I was being an idiot and forgot all about this method; i used to use it all the time XD  Thank you :)

Thank you <3 I love making heavy visual posts and let the pictures tell the story, this one was probably the longest one I ever posted... not sure if I will repeat the experiment though, cuz posting stuff I like and put a lot of effort in is always get me super frustrated, since I kind of get my expectations very high and it does worse than anything else I post and it just kind of ruins my inspiration to do anything.  When I was writing my stories off-screen with TS2 I always had tons of visuals, gifs, mixed it with fandom content and so on.

Thank you! That trailer looks interesting. I haven’t opened TS4 in ages, but I may give it a try when the new EP comes out... I deleted all my saves and CC though, so I would have to start from scratch with the game. I really wonder what they will do though, usually city style EP is always my most favorite in sims games.

OMG, thank you!!! I’ve been slacking so much with that challenge though, and just when I was going to start the game up I fell asleep... I have a serious condition called spontaneous naps. ;) But I have a few ideas what to do next... If the game doesn’t beat me to it... Which it has on everything so far?!?! So sorry for taking forever to reply to this, but yes they did. And I think my problem is that I use the same furniture over and over and that’s what really bothers me. xD When I get time I’ll probably go look for some new stuff to put in my game - I did that not too long ago and found some amazing paintings! :D

3 dresses! I’ve never had this problem before and I’ve tried Google. It could be ~old stuff so it might not work regardless of what I do (if I got it right). I reinstalled it and it’s still not showing. I’ll try starting the game without cc and see what happens (someone said that might make it work but I doubt it).
