Here's the Vet Hospital
I'm probably only going to use this lot to take photos for my storyline and maybe use the upstairs surgery room for sim skilling (and makeovers). There's really not much to do on the lot and pets won't use the pet beds (cats will use the litter boxes though...the newspaper one too).
I used Cassandra Goth as an owner to test it. I put in a cash register and gave her 1 employee so she could sell collars and bags of dog/cat food. It seems to work that way OK although not very profitable!! :)
If I remember correctly this is a 2x3 community lot, around $70,000 value.
2 ways to Download
1. VetHospital_CI+NEED - contains a clean install lot package and all extra files needed for lot (EA Recolors and MASTERS).
2. VetHospital_LOT+DL - contains the lot only package and all downloads used for the lot.
*Note* All recolors that were not used for the lot have been taken out...at least I think I got them all!!
