It’s been a while since I’ve done a modern built and I thought it’d be great to do a beachy, islandy one. It was heavily inspired by this image from the luxuriousmodernhouses Instagram page.
This modern mansion is the height of luxury with a clean, beachy, minimalist feel. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office, an in home theater, a home gym with sauna, a spa room, kitchen, and lots of entertaining space both inside and outside. I originally built this on the Key Point lot in Mua Rel'am, Sulani, but have since considered that this may not actually be the best place for it since that area is meant to be very natural and off the grid and this mansion is very much... Not that.

This is a gothic wedding venue I built for my goth Sim's wedding. It may be dark colored, but it’s candle lit and very romantic. (Please note, you may have to change the lot type to "bar" in order to actually use it as a wedding venue. It will tell you the lot is incomplete because it doesn't meet bar requirements, but it will work and will let you use it as a wedding venue.) Built on the Dachshund's Creek lot in the Cavalier Cove neighborhood of Brindleton Bay.

The White Manor is a classy, homey mansion with a primarily white, cream, and off-white color palette. It has a grand entryway, a spacious office, a comfortable tv/living room, a classy kitchen, and an elegant dinning room. The master bedroom is complete with a walk in closet, on-suite bathroom, and balcony that rests upon the slight hill at the back of the house. There are also two guest rooms, another full bathroom and a half bath, and a coat closet.
The Marble Pier is a wedding venue with gorgeous views, perfect for wedding pictures. The ceremony area is and open air room. The wedding arch is on a marble bridge (or pier, if you will), framed by clear blue pools. When placed on the Pier Palace lot on The Crumbling Isle, Windenburg, the views also look out to the ocean and into the forest. There are two bathrooms, each with four stalls. There are also two rooms where the soon-to-be-married couple and their bridesmaids/groomsmen can get ready.
The Marble Pier is a venue where wedding ceremonies can take place, but is not meant to be a place where the wedding party (ie, the dinner, dancing, dessert, and/or open bar) would happen. The ceremony would be held here and the wedding party would be elsewhere afterwards.
