HEY FOLLOWERS! :

I moved about a month and a half ago to FLORIDA. Since that time my relationship status has also changed to SINGLE. I am still getting unpacked, settled and becoming familiar with a whole new way of life.

When @thelastairsimblr made a post back a few days ago it got me thinking, why not share some of my creation and characters with all of my followers? (thanks @thelastairsimblr, you have always been my "simsperation")

I haven't posted in quite a while due to everything going on IRL, but I have not stopped playing. I have always played with mostly gay sims, so I thought why not just make a complete save full of almost all LGBTQIA+ characters. So, I began a new save... So, be looking for some posts in the near future.

San Myshuno is the County Seat of Sims County. It's the hub of the entire county. There is culture, art, food and entertainment from many ethnicities. However, over the last 20 plus years, the population of San Myshuno decreased by 7,651. In this period, the peak population was 119,766 in the year 2000.

It is half past midnight in San Myshuno, start of a new Tuesday. The moon cast a soft, silvery glow over the quiet streets of this once vibrant city, its light dancing off the rain-slicked pavement. There is a gentle breeze that whispers through the leaves of the few remaining trees that lined the sidewalks. The distant hum of a late-night food truck mingled with the occasional horn blowing, a stark contrast to the bustling metropolis that the city once was.

We will begin in the Spice District. The place to go for good food, and lower housing costs. In the Spice District is where we will find the first two residents of San Myshuno, Sim County.

Dae-Hyun Tong, 24-year-old gay man and known to everyone outside his family as Dae Tong. Dae grew up in Newcrest, where he was always the center of attention with his charismatic performances at school plays and local festivals. Despite his family's initial reservations about his sexuality and his chosen career path, they eventually supported his decision to move to the bustling city of San Myshuno to pursue acting. After graduating from Britchester School of Drama, Dae faced the harsh reality of the entertainment industry, juggling odd jobs and auditions until recently landing the role of Arnie Lee in Metropolis, a local nightly soap opera type series.

Kordell Clark, Kordell is a 30-year-old man with a sharp, chiseled jawline, piercing brown eyes, and a meticulously groomed goatee. Standing at 6'1", he has a lean, athletic build that's often hidden beneath tailored suits. His skin has a warm, golden undertone, and he carries himself with a poised confidence that commands attention. Introverted to those he does not know as he sometimes is guarded, but exudes charisma on the set of DVTV, where he is an investigative journalist for breaking stories on day care issues, medical malpractice, entertainment scandals, and local politics.

These two, attractive and up and coming young men live just across the hall from one another. They have met in the hallways and at the mailboxes of the Jasime Suite Apartments, a few times since Dae moved in.

The Jasime Suite Apartments, a once vibrant and bustling apartment building, now bore the marks of time with its chipped paint and slightly worn-out welcome mat. But the charm of the Spice District was irrefutable, especially for young professionals like Dae and Kordell, who were eager to make their mark in the city. Despite the quiet of the night, the scent of exotic spices wafted through the open windows from the nearby restaurants, hinting at the bustling world that lay dormant for now.

Soon these two men, from very different backgrounds and personalities will come to know one another as more than random neighbors.

Brindleton Bay is one of the favorite places to live in Sims County. The quaint, coastal town was the place to go for those that are looking for serene, and a calmness. This was true of the young man that was meeting, one of the most respected and successful Real Estate agents in Sims County, Lois Sterling, but we will get back to her a little later.

This young man, Ehren Foster, 26, is charismatic and down-to-earth, and exudes a warm energy that makes people feel at ease. His passion for art is infectious, and he can often be found discussing the intricacies of a painting or lost in a world of clay at his potter's wheel.

Standing at 5'9" with a robust build, Ehren sports a charming wavy brown fade haircut, a neatly trimmed goatee, and expressive brown eyes that dance with creativity. His arms are a canvas of vibrant tattoos, each telling a story of his artistic journey. He prefers comfortable, clothing that complements his hairy chest and forearms, often donning a sleeveless shirt to showcase his ink.

Born and raised in the bustling art mecca of Oasis Springs, Ehren grew up in a family of artists. After earning a master's degree in art history, he felt the call of adventure and moved to Brindleton Bay. His dream is to open an art and pottery shop, a place where creativity and community intertwine. This place that Lois showed him would fit as his home and the shop as well. He signed the papers and moved in that same evening.

Lois Sterling 36, she stands tall with a commanding gait that turns heads in the corporate jungle. Her short jet-black hair reveals sharp cheekbones and piercing dark eyes that seem to assess the value of everything they touch. She dresses in sharp, tailored suits that hug her athletic frame, leaving little room for doubt about her status as a real estate mogul.

Her parents' untimely death thrust her into the role of mother, parent, keeper of the family fortune at just 21. Through sheer tenacity she became one of the youngest women to be named one of the real estate industry's most powerful figures. Those who know her well understand that she is fiercely loyal and deeply caring, especially towards her younger sibling, Jaymee, ten years her junior, who she raised like her own when their parents died in a tragic fire. She often has overlooked her brother's shortcomings and gives into his constant requests, for the material things.

Lois met Olivia "Liv" Miller, 34 several years earlier at Sims County Real Estate, they married six years ago and now own Sterling & Miller Real Estate as co-owners and partners.

Jaymee Sterling, 26; is a dashing young man with raven-black hair and dark eyes that seem to sparkle with a mischievous glint. Standing at a lanky 6'2", Jaymee has the body of a model, sculpted by genetics rather than rigorous exercise, with long limbs and a slim torso. His features are that like his siter, sharp and defined, with high cheekbones and a strong jawline. He is a complex character, whose surface-level charm belies a certain emptiness beneath. His social awkwardness, which some might attribute to Asperger's, is a mix of genuine lack of interest and a fear of being found that he can be self-centered and manipulative. His sister's love is the only constant in his life, and while he often takes her kindness for granted, he does harbor a deep affection for her.

Once again, it seems Jaymee is jobless and homeless, and Lois agrees to take him back into her home and offer him a job at her real estate office. But what does, Liv feel about that?

The other family in Brindleton Bay that everyone knows, is the Saunders Family. That's Imogene Saunders, the Mayor of Brindleton. She looks like she is having one of her "talks" with her son, Wyatt while her husband Walter looks on, shaking his head. The Saunders name has been a consistent political force in Sims County as well as Brindleton Bay for decades, Walter is the current County Commissioner.

Their one and only child, Wyatt Saunders has very little interest in politics, or much of anything for that matter. Well other than himself. He recently cheated on his partner, of almost ten years, Marshall Wallace (yes, that Marshall Wallace) and is currently the owner of the local Pub and Seafood place, known as, Saunders Seafood, of course.

Wyatt is rugged, handsome, could talk one into selling their own mother if that was possible. Lord knows, he'd love to sell his.

Walter has no idea what his wife is going off about regarding their son. He only heard a few words of their argument... One from Wyatt, "MOTHER!!" and several from Imogene... "Wyatt, he is rich, and a doctor! Are you crazy? And no, you are not moving back home!"

The family dynamics of the Saunders is going to be an interesting one to watch!

One of the more quiet and serene areas of Sims County is Brindleton Bay. There are two names in Brindleton Bay. One is Saunders, who we will meet later. The second name is Wallce. These two families have been vital to Brindleton for decades. Most recent was Marshall Wallace, II one of the most the well-known, rich and respected Veterinarians in all of Sims County. He died several years ago, and left his only child their family home

Marshall Wallace III; a 33-year-old General Practitioner, his reddish blonde hair is perpetually disheveled, as if a gentle breeze has just danced through it, framing his freckled cheeks and the ever-present five-day scruff that seems to suit him perfectly. His green eyes, often lost in thought, are sharp and observant, hinting at an intellect that's both curious and a tad weary. He stands tall, though not overbearingly so, with a lean physique that suggests a man who values his health but not at the expense of his favorite comfort foods. His attire is a blend of the latest trends and the comfort of the familiar, favoring tailored suits that whisper of his affluent upbringing.

Born into a family of old money and raised in Brindleton Bay, Marshall's path was laid out for him from an early age: private schools, Ivy League education, and a career as a general practitioner. Despite the expectations, he embraced medicine with a genuine passion, driven by the desire to help others. However, the sudden loss of his parents left him grappling with a sense of isolation and the burden of their legacy. The grandeur of his childhood home where he resides, now feels like a prison, a stark reminder of the family ties that once bound him.

Introverted yet charismatic, Marshall exudes a warmth that draws people in, only to find themselves on the outside looking in again as he retreats into his own thoughts. His anxiety manifests as a constant need for order and control in his personal life, which can make him seem a tad neurotic. In relationships, he's as clingy as he is caring, seeking stability in a world that often feels precarious. Despite his guarded nature, he has a sharp wit and an endearing quirk of speaking to his houseplants as if they're his confidants, sharing secrets and fears that he dares not voice to anyone else.

Recently single after a long-term relationship, Marshall has sworn off dating and focusing on his practice. Chances are that sworn self-promise will not last long.
