I don’t have a lot of positive dreams just bits of pieces that are pretty swell and the rest is like wtf is going on. But there was this one time Old Snake and Raiden was rescuing everyone with the MGS theme song blasting in the background. That was pretty cool.

I remember going to this American style chain restaurant called Old Country Buffet on special occasions when I was a kid, and back then, I thought that place was the fucking shit. I would beg my parents to go there for dinner because they had EVERYTHING. I had to get myself some bombass mac and cheese ALL YOU CAN FUCKING EAT. GET THEM FUCKING ICE CREAM CONES AND COVER THAT SHIT WITH SPRINKLES AWWWWW YEAAAAHHHHHHH.

Merry Christmas! I wrote you a little endou/tachimukai fic. I don’t have an AO3 account but I’ll probably make one and post it there as well. Forgive me if it’s ooc cause I rarely write at all.
En-dou Ma-mo-ru. Tachimukai emphasizes each syllable of the other boy’s name mentally in his head. He whispers it, but very faintly, so faintly to the point where no one but him could understand what he was saying even if they strained their ears as hard as humanly possible. He does this multiple times, envisioning every feature of the goalie that he can remember; in this case it’s basically everything. Endou’s cheesy but heart warming smile. The way Endou’s hair, slick with sweat, sticks to his forehead as he’s giving out encouragement from the goal post. His eyes; both a soft chocolate brown that’s filled with a fire that never dies, even in the most hopeless situations. It’s been very difficult for Tachimukai to look Endou in the eye lately. He can’t seem to speak to him without getting flustered; his face gets red, he stutters, his hands get sweaty, he shakes. He’s just happy Endou hasn’t figured it out yet, though Endou isn’t good at reading these type of things in the first place. He doesn’t really question Tachimukai much as the latter ends up running away in embarrassment. At first, Tachimukai was grateful for this. But now it’s starting to irritate him.
Of course it’s not Endou’s fault. Tachimukai blames himself for all of this. He hasn’t gotten him anywhere with Endou besides a strong friendship, and while he admires that very much he just wishes it was something more than that.
He sighs at he looks down at the candy in his hands. He made an assortment of chocolates for the boy -with Haruna’s assistance- and went as far to come to the steel tower, but he doesn’t even have the courage to hand it to him. Maybe he should leave before Endou gets there, lest he do something ridiculous in front of him and end up crying. That would just be utterly embarrassing. He’d rather keep continue his current situation and never escape from it, then potentially ruin his friendship with Endou. Disappointed, he begins to stand up to leave when he suddenly hears a rather loud shout from the top of the stairs to the plaza.
"Hey Tachimukai!"
Oh no.
Shit. Too late now. Endou is headed towards him. A small “fuck” slips past his lips as he immediately hides the chocolate behind his back. No turning back now. Perhaps he can divert the topic to something else…
No, he thinks. This has gone on for far too long. He can do it. Think positive, he tells himself as Endou stops in front of him.
The captain greets him with a warm smile that makes Tachimukai practically melt. Gosh he’s so in love with this boy. He’s an absolute mess.
"What’s up Tachimukai?"
"Ah, E-Endou-san." Oh no. He’s stuttering already. He can feel the heat rising in his cheeks as he looks at Endou. It takes of his will power not to look down at his shoes. You can do this Yuuki. You can do this. “T-There’s s-something I want to t-tell you.”
Endou’s smile drifts away, instead replaced by a look of curiosity. Tachimukai has his attention now. He can feel his heart thumping in his chest. He’s very certain his pulse has raised considerably. He should probably get this over with before he faints.
"What is it Tachimukai?"
"Endou-san I…I…"
He’s formed the confession sentence in his head already. Actually, it’s more like a well developed paragraph of his very intense feelings. Unsurprisingly, it won’t come out.
Tachimukai starts to get nervous. Shit what was he thinking? Trying to confess to Endou thinking his feelings would be mutual! Ha, how ridiculous. He’s really messed up now. He feels tears coming to his eyes. Oh great. Wonderful. Endou’s sure to love this. God why can’t he say it? It’s not that hard Yuuki, he tells himself. Just say it. Say it! Say it!
"T-Tachimukai?! What’s wrong?! Did something happen-"
Endou doesn’t even get to finish his sentence before a pair of warm and rather soft lips meet his own. He doesn’t even get to process the situation properly before Tachimukai pulls away and begins to sob.
"T-Tachimukai!"
"I’m sorry Endou-san I didn’t mean to I don’t know what came over me I just meant to tell you but I couldn’t say it and then, I just-"
It’s Tachimukai’s turn to get cut off this time, though initially with a hug. Endou’s nice to hug, is Tachimukai’s first thought. The following wonders why Endou is hugging him.
His question is answered by Endou a few moments after Tachimukai falls silent. “It’s okay Tachimukai,” He pulls away to look Tachimukai in the eye, but still holds his arms firmly with his hands. “I like you too, don’t worry.”
"…You do?" Tachimukai asks with disbelief, definitely not expecting Endou’s response. Endou laughs, a nervous smile making its way across his face as he sheepishly scratches his cheek. "Mm. Truth to be told, I thought you didn’t like me. You’ve been running away from me recently. I thought you started hating me."
"Endou-san I ran away because I like you!”
"What?! Really?"
"Why else would I run away from you?"
"I thought you didn’t like me at anymore!"
"I was nervous!"
The two laugh under the tower, still placed comfortably in each other’s arms. Tachimukai has stopped crying now and he suddenly notices the chocolates he made on the ground. He’s forgotten all about them in the midst of the kiss and his sobbing fest. He reaches for the box, pouting as he does his best to dust some of the dirt of.
"What are those?"
“They were for you.” Tachimukai sighed, handing him the box with a sad smile. Endou, puzzled, immediately opens the box scanning them over. “They look fine to me.” He responds, taking one out the box and promptly eating it. His eyes light up the second he bites into it and grins at Tachimukai excitedly. “These are delicious!”
"R-really?"
"Heck yeah!" Endou responds popping another one into his mouth. A pleasant hum resonates in the air. Tachimukai’s very glad that he came here now as he watched Endou eat the chocolates he made one by one.
"I can make you more for Valentines if you want."
"Would you?"
"Sure."
And he definitely would; he’s thinking about it already. Endou’s face as he bites into one of the chocolates, his smile as he compliments Tachimukai on a job well done, maybe asking Tachimukai if he can make more.
Except this time, he wouldn’t have to worry about confessing.
