a sarcastic quip almost left his mouth, instead his teeth clicked together and he grins rather sheepishly. “sorry, just a bit excited and all.” he was practically bouncing on the balls of his feet, though technically this wasn’t his first rodeo in something like this, it was the first time he was working ( willingly this time around ) with a new organization. 

steve was still adjusting to everything else as well, having his own place to stay ( though there is a fellow BSAA agent keepin’ an eye on him as a room-mate, temporary they said ), being able to go outside ( with minimal supervision, another temporary measure ), not to mention the whole attending therapy thing.

“sooo, what’s the plan then?” back with the HCF, normally they would send him in first with a team following up behind to deal with any ‘leftovers’. “just don’t want to accidentally mess up or something.”
