Indeed, the vampiress was persistent. Her gaze was trained upon Valentine as she slowly circled her, footsteps soft upon the undergrowth. Drathenia was not looking for an opportunity to strike, however, simply sizing her up. Laughter shook her frame as she contemplated her reply, she couldn’t help but find Valentine's boldness somewhat... endearing. An ivory claw tapped her chin thoughtfully as a smile stretched across her lips. 

“What you have to do,” She began, coming to a halt before her. “Is reach.”

Wesley sat with a drink in his hand, his eyes on the ice slowing moving in the glass. Not having been there for long but making sure he was there before Nevien. Something about selecting the seat, giving him some control over the... (date?) meeting, it seemed to calm his nerves. He had not been out with anyone in a long time. Nights spent with strangers but never letting it go any further than that. No wonder he was nervous. Hand clutching to the cold glass and swirling it a little so the ice clinked against the side through the honey coloured whiskey while he waited for the other male to arrive.
