Ruby is shown singing in so many of the photos? She was a singer?? Did she and Clay meet on stage???

So i was just watching Sing 2, and for some reason i started wondering what Ruby (Clay's late wife) sounded like. So what voice actress and/or singer do you think fits Ruby?

Clay Calloway Headcanons

Since it was one of mutuals birthdays the other day, one happy birthday! And two, here's some Clay headcanons!

Clay can drive a boat (has his license and everything) but doesn't do it often. He has paddle boats he uses often but not an actual motorized one... still kept the license though.

He and Nana gossip together a lot and were old friends back when they were younger.

Speaking of back when they were younger, Nana and Clay frequently would cause utter chaos at awards shows and events by messing with the press and Ruby was so, so, so tired of this.

There is an unreleased song that Nana and Clay did together as well.

Clay is Trans-Masc and uses He/They pronouns.

Clay genuinely loves space and sci-fi stuff. He has cried like twenty times watching Interstellar.

Clay and Ruby are both trans and bi.

He finds horror movies either completely boring or hysterical depending on how bad they are. He and Ash watch them for parent child bonding time.

Clay can actually sew pretty well because of putting patches on stuff when he was younger.

He and Marcus compare battle vests after finding out the other has one.
