The Blacktail are one of dozens of pastoralist delkhin people in Cynozepal's western steppes. She is wearing a full dogsmane collar, a valuable commodity and sign of high status within her lek.

A horse is a small, three-toed hoofed mammal. Domestic populations are kept primarily for meat and milk.
