Nowadays it is seen as a shame, to marry a girl who is a mother, who has never been married. I want to get rid of that prejudice.

Yes, there are single men who never married who have children and they raise their children and have custody of their children. Absolutely.
OK. could one provide some figures of such fathers and mothers say in the US and some other countries in the West, for comparison. Regards

Median income in Dane County dropped by 10 percent over the last decade as the percentage of people in poverty — and "extreme poverty" — increased. And the news was bad in Madison, too.
Those are some of the findings from 2010 census data released Thursday that paints a grim local picture of what some demographers have called America's lost decade, when companies shed jobs, people lost homes and buying power shrunk.
"You have a high rate of people who are very very poor," said Amy Rynell, director of the nonprofit Social Impact Research Center in Chicago.
Also disproportionately affected were families headed by single mothers. In the county, just 1.6 percent of families headed by a married couple lived in poverty. Among families headed by single mothers, 22.5 percent did. More striking were the numbers for single mother headed households with children younger than 5 years old: 29 percent lived in poverty. [For Madison, single women with children younger than 5 - 33.7% live in poverty and for Wisconsin it is 50.2%.]
