The basic premise is married supercorp, being visited by beta!Andrea who’s 1) Lena’s ex, and 2) veritable thorn (of all things horn) in Kara’s side. And Kara’s rut is coming up, which is why she’s so irritable, which is why Lena is placating her affectionately and as much as possible... Except maybe Kara’s rut arrives much earlier than scheduled, and maybe it’s much worse than it’s been in months or even years, and maybe the very least Andrea could do is lend a helping hand (:
