I feel like Goten would be brave (or dumb) enough and push his luck to be around "uncle" Cell lol. He'd probably attempt little things like this to make Cell cave in and agree to train him, much to Cell's annoyance.

The Reformed AU timeline is loosely based around early DBS, 12 years after the Cell Games. So Cell is 18. Still younger than her though, cause Kariyah's 20, but it still probably came as a shock to hear he did all of that at the age of 6 back then.
