5 words to best describe them: super mega foxy wearisome hot
1. How does your character think of their father? What do they hate and love about him? What influence - literal or imagined - did the father have?
There’s not a whole lot I can say about my dad. Mum doesn’t like to talk about him. He left when I was young, all I have is a holo of him and my mum, and me when I was a baby. That’s it.
2. Their mother? How do they think of her? What do they hate? Love? What influence - literal or imagined - did the mother have?
I love my mum, she’s all I have. There’s nothing that I hate about her, she has to leave a lot though for work. I worry, but she’s tough, and I want to be just like her when I grow up.
3. Brothers, sisters? Who do they like? Why? What do they despise about their siblings?
I don’t have any brother or sisters. I have an Ba’vodu though… He helps me train.
4. What type of discipline was your character subjected to at home? Strict? Lenient?
Not a whole lot of discipline, since I’m usually home alone most of the time. I do go on adventures, with my mum, sometimes by myself as well…but shhhhh.
5. Were they overprotected as a child? Sheltered?
My mother is fairly protective of me, she knows that I can take care of myself though. Now, that I’m old enough. Ba’vodu, is quite protective as well.
6. Did they feel rejection or affection as a child?
sintas--vel asked "Amuse Me" I will write a funny drabble about my character trying to cheer you up.
It had been two weeks since either one of them had seen Boba since he left on his latest bounty trip. Though it wasn't unusual to not hear from him on his trips, it still concerned both his brother and his wife. Even Ailyn at this point started asking questions.
"Where's daddy," she'd ask.
"Daddy's at work. He'll be home as soon as he can," she'd get in reply.
What turned into staying for a day turned into multiple days. He had to make a trip into the local market for a few sets of clothes and call in a favor to tend to his farm but he had been owed a few favors anyway. For the first night, he slept on his ship, not expecting to be staying. But at Sintas' request, no, demand, he slept in the spare bedroom that was so rarely used, practically everything covered in a thin glaze of dust.
Entering the second week of Boba's absence, they were all gathered around a campfire behind the house. It was nice, spending nights out under the stars where light pollution wasn't a factor and the stars shone. He sat next to Ailyn and pointed out different constellations and star systems, telling tales of his travels. Some were stretched just a bit, however. The little girl didn't need to know that, though. He had been told a child's imagination is precious and he figured this was just part of it.
After enough tales, Ailyn had fallen asleep, her head on his leg. A smile never left his face as he continued to watch the fire dance, listening to it crackle. But he noticed that Sintas wasn't feeling the same. He understood why, however. To have her beloved gone for so long must have been hard on her.
Boss took Ailyn to bed, tucking her in and keeping her asleep. He returned outside to the fire with two beers of unknown origin, just the first two things he could grab. Both tops were popped and he offered one to Sintas who gratefully accepted it.
"You know how we met, right?" She confirmed it with a nod of her head before looking over at him. He kept smiling though. "He always makes his way back home, no matter where it is. He doesn't stay gone for too long."
And no sooner than after he finished that sentence, the hum of a speeder approached from the distance.
