This colorful and refreshing drink will take you to a tropical paradise. It's the perfect drink for a summer grill party because the different flavors look like the colors of a beautiful sunset.
Ingredients: 2 oz coconut rum. 2 oz pineapple juice. 1 oz orange juice. 1 oz grenadine. Pineapple wedge and cherry for garnish.
Instructions: Fill a shaker with ice. Pour in coconut rum, pineapple juice, and orange juice. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice. Slowly pour grenadine down the side of the glass to create a sunset effect. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry. Serve and enjoy!
