Look, my opinion might be a bit controversial—and perhaps a bit old-fashioned, considering how long the *Hellsing* manga and anime have been around—but here goes. I can certainly understand why people ship Alucard and Integra; their dynamic is the most interesting and fully realized in the series. I also get how it can easily be mistaken for romance at times, but we’re overlooking one tiny detail:
