"I have backbone pains from my previous job that no one knows or cares about. I have since stopped working as a matual labourer and opened up my small business stand where I sell chips, fried potatoes and eggs. I open at 10am and close at around midnight. . As much as I run my small business here, this is not what I want to do for the rest of my life. I have passions and interests I'd like to pursue. It's life that if going to slow on my end. I am a rapper, I have been doing music since the year 2016 when I first released my song "Free Nation." I have since recorded more than 20 songs with only three videos. I am very much inspired by @khaligraph_jones I listen to him daily. In fact, I derive my style of rapping from him. . Over the weekends, I am working on acting too. I have appeared in several swahili films such as My Son and Chozi La Mkufu. In the film Chozi La Mkufu, I am the script writer and the director. This is a skill I learned from a friend whom I worked closely with previously. . I hope God sees all my efforts and opens up my doors one day. God knows I have tried." I met Samuel Achando Tesi, a 27 year old in 2016 when he was first beginning his music career. We have been friends since. He checks up on me time to time and even came to Nairobi once just to visit me. I pray that God opens up his doors and grand him his heartly desires. ------------------------------------------ © Anwar Sadat @sirdart_ October 8th, 2019 || V. O.
