The Direct posted some images of Patrick Stewart behind the scenes on Multiverse of Madness.
Sir Pat Stew with Benedict Wong. IDK why I am tearing up.
(I guess it's because, though I wasn't a big Star Trek watcher as a kid, I did watch "Reading Rainbow" and LeVar went to the set in at leasdt one episode to show us how they did the beam up effect. So I knew he was the Captain so he was Important. And then everyone wanted him to play Xavier and he finally did in X-Men and he's so cute with Sir Ian. I loved it but I have since read about how difficult the filming was with Bryan Singer being a crazy person. There were times where the whole cast was going to walk off because he didn't show up. And Halle Berry told him to kiss her Black ass (which is my favorite Storm moment from those films, tbh).
But now he's old and I love old people because my grandparents all died when I was very young and I have trauma about it.
And now he's in my Marvel universe with my fave, Wong. Hopefully it was a better experience than the Singer films. Sam Raimi's film wasn't perfect, but he is at least a very kind person, and so is Benedict Wong.
It's making me emosh.
I know in the comics Professor X is not the sweet old man that I perceive Stewart to be. But he just wanted to help 838 Wanda. He tried, you guys. He tried.)
