A year ago today my favorite furry companion of nearly 18 years left the earthy plane. It sounds silly but so much of my everyday joy left with him. He was my tried & true buddy whenever I needed a laugh, a hug, a break from life. His presence never failed me. Even clients from time to time will bring him up recalling what a character and wonderful “Reiki buddy” he was for them when they came for sessions. I still think of him & miss his physical presence everyday. The perfect trifecta of keepsakes to honor my sweet boy and keep him close. The small strand of beads, the beautiful tigers eye pendant from my dear sister in law @alimjessica and the mala necklace that contains whiskers, fur & claws as well as his funeral flowers. Really missing my guy today. It will be 1 month without him tomorrow. Decided to string his beads on a simple chain. It feels right.
