been thinking about my Stellaris rulers as actual OCs (mostly for RP purposes)
as you can see, the Mandasura and Xeltek are no longer my only Empires
in order, we have:

Igoriim, Emperor of the Tendra-Zuhn Star Imperium
Grykkora Tratt, Grand Marshal of the Quielle Hegemony
and Sirthi, Queen of the Bilnoc Grand Duchy
