I am probably gonna give the new carrie tv show a chance but the chloe grace moretz version did not give me carrie having bulging eyes and a completely blank face as she’s killing the rest of the school that sissy spacek’s version has and that part is something that has forever stayed with me about the 70s film. and i just don’t know if any other version could have that kind of aura. no other version has moved me quite the same.
