Hey #philly a lot of the urban nomads I've met here who live outside are not as prepared for a variety of weather conditions as urban nomads in my hometown of Chicago. If you hear of someone struggling who needs a warm place to go, call 215-232-1984. It's city-sponsored outreach by mostly Project Home social workers. If you prefer not to call that, at least give the person a fast food gift card or tell them where the nearest open public library is so they can get warm.
