SITSA: WINX Revamp

There’s a less than 10% chance of my works being discovered so what the heck, I wanna do a Winx rewrite. I’ve seen some do it before with more “mature” elements but I wanna do a full on rewrite with extra lore, extra OCs, and more dynamics.

They thought magic was lost on Earth? (slams book of secret/hidden magic world lore with OC sittin on top) THINK AGAIN

I wanna do a scene so bad where said OC is there with Bloom where they discuss magic is not supposed to be on earth and he just wheezes and gives a “Boi you thought”.  There is SO much potential of just, injecting all kinds or mythology and such or just playing around with Olde magic that the supposed powerful fairies and witches don’t even know about or did not think much of. Also, let’s be real, the lore of the entire series could use some work as well. 

Character wise, I see no problem with the girls other than developing more scenes and dynamics for them with my OCs for plot reasons. RELATIONSHIP wise though. Hooooh boi thats one messy can of worms. Short version, I have a male and female OC whos gonna rile things up in different ways and will be elaborated in another post. 

Almost forgot with the character thing. This is honestly a ramble post at this point. GIVE.THE.SPECIALISTS.MORE.SCREEN.AND.PERSONALITIES.

There is soooo much potential with all of them, especially with someone like Riven who could have the background of a non-noble blood scorned by high society or a bastard son that has been burned one too many times. Let’s not even tackle the who prince and pauper switch scheme that could result in PLENTY of worldbuilding if done right. 

Seriously, there is so much to EXPLORE and yet very little peeps I know are able to engage me on this here. This is all for now. *flops*

SITSA: Pokemon Snap Edition

I fell in love with the game but due to being too broke to buy a Switch, I settle with watching gameplays and my brain decided to drop a fic idea. Said fic idea is a Harry Potter crossover fic. How would this work you ask? I’m about 50% sure on this but this is what brain delivered:

Harry ends up heavily injured or a certain scenario has him ending up with magic teleporting to the Pokemon world where Professor Mirror finds and cares for him.

Not knowing anything about the world, Harry ends up staying with the man under his tutelage and grows to care for the Pokemon that stay at the lab

Initially a wanderer and curious about different Pokemon, Harry ends up finding interest in photographing them and capturing them having fun or just commemorating moments

Basically, Harry replaces the playable character and actually gets to relax and not have any expectations on him via photographing Pokemon

It could be that his magic is what attracts the Illumina Pokemon but that part is still sketchy 

This whole thing was just a slice of life idea for Harry to have something to enjoy then to add plot, he ends up back in his world and when everything seems against him, he ends up summoning Pokemon that he has taken care of and who appeared to protect him

Mostly half baked but I thought it was cute

SITSA: KND Edition

Another story idea that has been sitting in my brain for YEARS but in comparison, never came to fruition. This essentially spawned when I was reading a fic that involved a third faction outside of the KND and Adults war and how they affected things with different OCs and basically gave a canon divergence (Fic link will be at the bottom. It was good overall but the ending didn’t really settle with me, nothing against the writer, it just wasn’t my type of ending. Anyway, I had a similar concept in mind but want to go a whole different direction.

I essentially wanted to give Nigel/Numbuh 1 a friend outside of the KND to confide in and to have them show Nigel that they can have fun from time to time. Said friend would be a supposedly mute OC who is part of a secret faction. Their aim is to be a shadow organization that shows no discrimination to any age and to give a home for those that are lost and essentially be an outside force of protection and dismantling of any age stereotypes. I gave more focus on the OC and the magical aspects that the show gave but some ideas involving them are this:

She teaches Nigel to sign language and the two constantly learn new things from one another

Rather than Lizzie, it was the friend that Nigel went to the fair with as a “bodyguard mission” since their family are friends and due to being sickly, the friend had never been to a fair so its more of the first meeting between them and the team

She and their older sibling get along really well as they have no parents and their guardian, who is their uncle is often busy

Due to an assumption of Numbuh 1’s team and the Teen Ninjas wanting to recruit the older brother, the two factions end up crashing a celebration that the friend had surprised her big brother with. Cue guilt session

She gets kidnapped due to an ability that is the reason for her muteness and it foreshadows or gives a first appearance of the shadow organization to the other factions

The friend or their sibling is the one to slip secret messages to Chad of a way to escape the memory-erasing without compromising himself and providing him a new home with the secret organization

Friend and organization has key members questioning KND and in turn there is a ongoing plan on a battle against G:KND

Basically this essentially revolves around OCs causing chaos to different groups from the shadows and expanding on the perspectives of different characters while mixing in a plot involving GKND and other mystery opponents for fun 

This one has been undergoing a constant mix and change so there may just be drops of random ideas here and there

SITSA: Stardew Valley Edition

There’s a good chunk of Stardew Valley fics to enjoy, this is just me throwing my lot in the hat after discussing an OC idea with my friend. We mainly discussed on different ideas involving our own OCs as farmers and how different certain stories and outcomes could be with different characters with these OCs having a different background than the one given in the game. I know it’s been done before, but here’s the thing, we went down a rabbit hole

Like, what if there was more to the grandpa than being the former farmer? This man came back as a straight-up GHOST just to frickin judge their grandchild’s progress after 3 YEARS? Game-wise, it’s fun, but story wise? Ohohoho, the possibilities. It’s established that magic exists in the valley, so who’s to say that dear grandpa didn’t befriend the junimos and wizard as well and ended up with a certain supernatural aspect in return. 

Heck, what if that’s why the junimos chose the farmer of all people to help them with the community center? A nature magic inclined farmer is something that danced around in my head and I already had a whole scene that foreshadowed it in my fic which managed to reach two or so chaps but is being debated for changes. The initial OC line up sounded good but two out of the fours didn’t seem to run the long run in my head and thus the metal fic churning went full throttle. Some ideas I had on this whole concept plus on the grandpa’s past include:

What if grandpa, the wizard, and Marlon were friends and they had a history involving the mines handling and the junimos?

What if grandpa being able to become a spirit was because of a relationship he had with the wizard?

The man was a figure in the valley, relationships and backstories are abundant in exploration

What if grandpa had a latent foresight ability as a gift from the valley and left riddles/notes for the farmer to learn on what to look out for?

What if other villager caught glimpses of the junimos and they essentially are noted as cryptids?

What if the whole run down of different structures wasn’t just because Lewis was a cheapskate but also because different people both magical and normal were mourning the grandpa’s loss?

What if the four cabins you can get with multiplayer were for former housing of farm hands that the grandpa hired as he got older and they had just moved out to pursue their own paths

Is this too deep for a side character? Maybe. Am I having it help develop background and explore more on the history of things and how it can effect the farmer? YEUP

Once again, this ended up too long and I will be having the OC ideas for another post when goof of a brain allows it

SITSA: Total Drama Island Edition

Okay, this story has been sitting in my head for LITERALLY YEARS and I even managed to miraculously dish out one to two chapters at one point but after developing my writing over time, I have a bunch of reworking going on in my head that just keeps churning in my head. That is, my own OC inserted into the story. Hear me out

The whole OC added to the series ain’t new and I’ve read my fair share of them where I could find them. Problem is, (no dissing these stories) they mainly focused on the whole romantic aspect and the traditional drama. That or they added a good dash more angst. Sure, they’re fun but you know what’s more fun? Character Exploration. With the whole series involving the main TDI cast, the most prominent things you see with these charas are drama from romantic relationships and backstabbing shockers. 

I mean, I get it, it’s a reality show and that’s the whole gimmick, but they’re teenagers. If it wasn’t for the fact it was from 2007, there are so many ideas to tackle with fanfic wise even with the whole OC concept. Legit, I have a list

Sexuality Exploration/LGBTQ+ Panic via Owen, Cody, or even some of the girls like Gwen!

More Friendship and Character/Background Exploration for Lindsey, she’s sweetie, she deserves more screen time as something other than the pretty air-headed blonde, ESPECIALLY with the whole Tyler amnesia

Same for Noah, he’s a mood that deserves more showing. Oh and Justin too cause there are sooo many background ideas we could give this lad

Honestly, all of them have way more to show than the whole stereotype they present and if I gotta write it one day I WILL (hopefully) 

Strangling any show of toxic masculinity. Heck, let’s give a yeet to gender stereotypes with some charas hanging out and doing what is deemed “girly” or “for guys” 

The charas just, hanging out and finding out they share unexpected interests and unexpected charas being friends (ex. Lindsey and Duncan). Honestly, let the charas have some FUN

Let there be some COMPLEXITY to the romances, sure, they got some cute ships going on but it’d be more fun if there was more flavor to their developments outside of will they/won’t they or what else was shown in the show

Behind the scenes exploration with crew people interacting with the cast for fun

Don’t even get me started with the challenges

These are just SOME of the ideas that surfaced when making this post. The ideas I got involving my OCs and how they will affect the series are for A WHOLE OTHER POST. At this time Imma just thump my fist on a table with the minimal amount of these kinds of fics QWQ

I shall only tag this for organization, I don’t expect anyone to find this and Imma stay a story gremlin
