I have imagined a scenario You decide to prank someone by using a size-swap-beam spell on them, but the spell takes like a little under a minute or so to go off after you start it, so you gotta stay aimed at your target to swap with them. So you're real focused, aiming real carefully at your target, when suddenly I sneak up and grab you and gulp you down~! And the beam goes off while you're in my stomach, so now you're human-sized and stuck in the very tight belly of a very confused 4 inch tall Kari ♥

see the thing is, it depends on why she's as big as she is. did she grow to this size due to some magic spell? if so, it's possible her clothes grew alongside her, or alternatively she doesn't have any clothes, because her previous outfit got obliterated as she rapidly outgrew them, and she probably hasn't had the ability to get new clothes yet

if she's just a Giant (mythical creature) Woman, then it's likely she's part of a whole society that has their own fashion. whether that fashion is similar to that of the tiny people she lives nearby or is completely different is something I would need to like. actually worldbuild about
