Ingredients: 200g pork loin, thinly sliced. 200g rice noodles. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce. 1 teaspoon ginger, grated. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside. In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced pork and cook until it's no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside. In the same wok, add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes. Saut for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the sliced red bell pepper and onion to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften. Return the cooked pork to the wok and add the cooked rice noodles. Pour in the soy sauce and sriracha sauce. Stir-fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring all ingredients are well combined and heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
