Uh, different anon here, I just think that before you go around preaching about deoncelerization, you should understand that not all Beanpoles have the money or the means to move to Thornville, and a lot of Lers still have families that kinda control their lives still. Not to mention the artwork needed to change their looks and features to be less Beanpole-y. Deoncelerization isn't that easy for everyone.
It may be hard, but it should still be promoted!

The second thing, is that I’m not planning on just dropping deoncelerization, because as a sufferer of the side effects of Once-culinity, I think it’s only right that I get a say on how deoncelerization is presented to the rest of the Onceler community. As a Onceler, as I assume you are by your use of the word ‘we’, I don’t expect you to understand my position as the victim of all you Oncelers’ actions!
Besides, I am NOT talking about deoncelerization lightly, as you so claim. Really, it’s quite the contrary! I think it’s VERY important that all of the gross Once-lers (especially the male ones) deoncelerize as soon as possible! :)
