The “power of friendship” in sk8 is such a beautiful thing!! When did we start hating the “bag guy” getting along with the protagonists after being shown love and friendship !! Why are we all so cynical over people bettering themselves !! Why do people hate the fact that a shonen series has the young characters “fix” the antagonist with basic kindness !!

And where is this energy for Shadow breaking Reki’s hand?

Another unsolicited rant but

I don’t ship TadaAi because “I romanticize abuse uwu” I ship them because I like master/servant relationships

*Takes a look at some of my favorite media, which includes (but is not limited to): Hellsing, Obey me (shall we date), Black Butler, Servamp, Diabolik Lovers* yeah

Their relationship is not based on romance, they’ve got a long history of childhood friends, deep bonds, deep care and affection for each other. Nobody else will be Ainosuke for Tadashi, and nobody else will be Tadashi for Ainosuke.

Nobody else will come into Ainosuke’s childhood to offer him a skateboard, nobody else will “betray” him in front of his family. Nobody else will Tadashi ever feel guilty towards, ever hate himself for, ever heal from. And heal with. Nobody else will heal with them the way they do together.

No “Eve” will ever fill the void in Ainosuke’s heart, the void left by Tadashi. Nobody else will leave that same emptiness in his heart, nobody else will Tadashi “betray”

And I still really love the Founder ot3, because nobody else will “you guys are special” to Ainosuke in the same way these two are. Joe/Cherry won’t chase after any of their old friends for 8 years in the way they do for Ainosuke

Maaaaan if BSD fans can still analyze Mori after the shit we’ve canonically seen him do with Elise, can still love Dazai even though he canonically developed some of the most efficient methods of interrogation and torture I think sk8 fans should try a little harder to analyze Adam I’m just saying
