Hi! I feel like this might sound a little weird, but after a long session of reaching out to a number of deities, I've ended up contacting Odin– he expressed that he would greatly appreciated if I further researched Norse Heathenry as well as his mythology. Do you happen to have any sites or books that you would recommend for someone who's just starting to go into Heathenry?
Not weird at all, I love sharing what I know with others. I highly recommend https://skaldskeep.com/ as a place for learning about Norse Heathenry. It is a website put together and run by @skaldish and has a ton of great information and resources to get you started. As far as websites about Norse mythology, I have found https://norse-mythology.org/ to be very helpful in the past. I also use Wikipedia surprisingly often as a jumping-off point. For a beginner introduction to the mythology, I'd also recommend "D'Aulaires' Book of Norse Mythology". It is intended for children but I have found it to be mostly true to the source material and easy to read. You can of course purchase it but I would also check your local library if you can because I wouldn't be surprised if you could find it there. Hopefully, this is helpful and if you have any other questions I'd be glad to take a crack at answering them.
