I enjoy flexing my Vector Muscles in Adobe Illustrator. This time the project is inspired by the #SkateJamContest by the Creative Cloud for the Skate Jam Game Challenge with Tony Hawk. As my digital process has become, @SketchableApp is number one when working on the #Surface Pro as its very easy to use the basic drawing tools to get a sketch going plus drop in a marker or ink pen for clean lines. I draw different elements on each layer so I can adjust placement and get my composition right. I want to give myself as much editing options as possible, sometimes I duplicate the working layer to split up different parts of the sketch, for extra editing. I still enjoy watching skateboard videos. I wont say its a guilty pleasure but i always look forward to the fails (I'm sure I'm not the only one). What I don't look forward to are the nasty accidents. Most especially the ones that involve an ambitious skateboarder and his 🍒. This is the inspiration behind this. "DON'T DROP IT". Pls.
