NOIR 2019 TOUR <over the ABYSS> in Europe Fanprojects

To make it easier for you we would like to share these informations regarding Fanprojects with everyone~

1. Please send every project you plan to: [email protected]

2. We need an exact description (for example the banner size + whats written on it/Design)

3. Food and drink supports would need to be discussed with us beforehand as we need a list of all the ingredients as for allergies reasons (for example planing on baking a cake)

4. Fannumbering: We dont want you to stay at the venue during the night or early in the morning!! Its going to be cold and it is dangerous to stay the night out alone so please dont do this!! Additionally if you want to organize a Fannumbering, please discuss this with us as well as we have a few wishes regarding this.

5. Please don't throw anything on stage! That's absolutely forbidden and really dangerous! (no toys, no confetti, nothing!) You can give all presents to the members during the Fansign or to our staff!

6. Please don't fight about the project and let's all work together
