                BENT AT THE knee’s, her hands crossed between her boots, she surveys the sleeping form. A boy ( or man ) is curled up in the early morning sun on the stoop of the magic shop. It feels like seeing a cat presenting it’s belly to be patted, rare and wondrous. “ Excuse me, mister,” she calls softly, not wanting to wake him but the day had begun and she had work to do. “ Time to wake up, sleepyhead. ”
