Apparently, this is a legit skin condition. I've had it for the longest time and though it's not life-threatening, it can be embarrasing especially when people asks "anong nangyari dyan?!!" and you really don't know what to say because because you didn't even notice that you have it. A simple touch, a light scratch could trigger it so imagine if these suddenly appear on your neck/neckline (been there 🙄), moreso, on the face.
