I was absolutely stoked to take my new custom skis out for a spin i Sulithjelma, northern Norway. The conditions were quite hard first, with ice on the slope, heavy snow and low viz. The skis are a bit heavier than what i’m used to, and turn rather rapidly for being all mountain skis, i think. Found the rather broad steel edge to come in quite handy yesterday. Didn’t have the chance to try these skis out in powder, but when conditions got a bit softer, the skis were quite comfy and i could exact precise control over them, doing paralell turns at fair speed. The center of gravity is a bit more to the front, compared to my old pair, but this is something one can adjust when fitting the bindings. Was really nice just to feel that i got used to them and getting to that point where i don’t have to think, just ski and feel. Again, @failure__s , thank you so incredibly much. 🙏🏻 #arcticlifestyle #customskis #sulitjelmafjellandsby #skiingislife #skiowl (ved Sulitjelma, Nordland, Norway) https://www.instagram.com/p/BuTdgBzHCnR1IpZaA5MwEWFK29oz4kbgd1CmvY0/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=qo7l7qb5pe25
