Summary by Vampirecat
Anyhow, Ren enters the restaurant, excusing his intrusion. Kyouko introduces him to the Darumaya couple and explains that he's her senpai at the agency and that he played Katsuki in Dark Moon. The okamisan recognizes him because they recorded Dark Moon on DVD every week. She wonders why "Tsuruga Ren-san" is there at such an hour (probably past 2 a.m. already). Then she wonders about Shou-kun and wasn't Kyouko supposed to have been with him. What happened that Shou-kun was replaced with "Tsuruga Ren"? What's this? What on earth does it mean? She can only guess at the circumstances and doesn't know if she can poke her nose into it. During this time, Kyouko invites Ren to have a seat and wait while she goes to fetch her pad. The okamisan sees how Kyouko's smiling and apparently dismissed her questions since Kyouko seems to have recovered. Ren sees the taichou staring at him, and smiles. In her room, Kyouko's checking if she has all the materials they need: stamp, Love Me pad, scissors when Shou's poster catches her eye. And she imagines Ren saying he wants to see her room. And (I think) she imagines his reaction to comparing the sizes of Ren's poster to Shou's. And she lunges at the posters—but I can't tell what she says she intends to do. Maybe take Shou's or both posters off the wall? Downstairs, the taichou serves Ren a meal and orders him to eat. Ren thanks him for his consideration but says he's already eaten. The taichou repeats it's a meal and gives Ren a death glare . The okamisan is surprised to see the standoff. Rushing down the stairs, Kyouko apologizes to Ren and her words trail off on seeing the taichou looming over Ren. The okamisan takes the taichou aside and scolds him for his blatant rudeness. I can't make out the taichou's replies, but the okamisan points out that Ren is Kyouko's senpai at the agency. While Kyouko worries that she hadn't worried enough, at least she hadn't thought about the taichou, she apologizes to Ren and adds that she'd thought the taichou understood Ren isn't one of the part-timer ... something (customer?); it seems there are customers that come in after regular hours. She apparently makes excuses for the taichou—then it strikes her that Shou (that guy) might be one of those late-night customers (something like that) and she starts getting irritated at the spoiled prince and caught up in her thoughts. The taichou also seems gloomy, muttering about Ren's coming to see Kyouko at such an hour, and apparently suspicious of Ren because of how Ren smiles. The omakisan tells him he's overthinking it. He mutters something, and she insists it's impossible, reminding him that love is prohibited to artistes.
There's a new omake in the latest Japanese volume. There are no high qualitiy scans as of now, just photographs of the pages on baidu.
[Update] A translation by sbfan can be found here.
Here's a short (guessed) summary by Vampirecat on what it's about:
The resolution is too low to read what's being said, but the demons seem to be comparing Ren's and Corn's smiles. And I suspect they're wearing those bunny suits and sunglasses as protection against the light of Ren's cleansing divine smile. Kyouko's attire is the same one she changed into for the dinner with Ren and Jelly, so I hope the omake isn't another "what-if" scenario.

Hi there, I was checking your omake tags, but it barely had any of the omakes up, I know they exist so I was wondering would it be possible to post more of them up here?
[Last updated: 14 Oct, 2014 (Scanlation Volume 35 Omake)]
Hello,
just yesterday I stumbled upon a post in the mangafox forum that lists a lot of omakes (in the signature): click here to view the post
I myself won’t post any omakes because I’m not into scanning and cleaning. Most of the omakes can be found in the actual printed volumes and in bewteen the normal chapters on sites like mangareader and mangahere. A lot of them are just 1-2 pages long.

A few days ago an omake with about 11-13 pages was published. This extra chapter finally reveals the secret behind the present that Kyoko gave to Ren for his birthday!
Sadly, no raws yet, but someone translated a rough summary!
