I know I chose the right idol when

Taylor performs Ronan because his mother, Maya Thompson, was in the audience and instructs the crowd to give her a huge round of applause; when she cries as she sings it because the feelings of grief about losing a little boy she didn't even know are too much for her; when she goes out at the end of her long night and meets the concession guy selling Skittles because he made her fans laugh. When people ask me what Taylor does to make me proud, I find it so hard to put into words because she does multiple things every single day and has for 8 long years to make me so unbelievably proud of her. I will never not love Taylor Swift, because no matter how big she gets or how many people love her, she will never not be the girl who baked cookies for radio stations and spent entire songs hugging fans in the arena. Taylor Swift is one of the most generous, kind, and beautiful women on this planet and I will always adore her completely.
