Day13: Split second best friends
SPLIT SECOND BEST FRIENDS
(January 13)
And so we are finally gathered, my friends for an evening. Quenching our anticipation for the upcoming vegan meal, we start breaking the ice and introduce ourselves.
The fly-fishing-enthusiast-musician from Germany who drives a car called Bertha. Also, he only eats meat that has died by his own hand. The talkative, globetrotting aunt from Bosnia, with a fantastic cabin sporting three toilets and an integrated Miele coffee machine. Her blue haired nano-tech-vegetarian-student-niese, who happens to have her exams the next day. The vegan cook of the evening, who has a day job in the meat product innovation business. One of the Eat In Common Founders, who is also chairman of his housing association at Bøler. The ever observing photographer who dances Argentinian tango at least three times a week.
And me. The anxious mother-of-two that just quit her job to become a freelance writer.
Spoiler alert: Gangnam look, and the best Baba Ganoush ever made!
The whole story and recipes will form one chapter in the 31days book, to be launched in January 2017
