talk shop tuesday! as an OC haver, do you have a character design (or prop, or location) that you are really proud of? is it overall design or some elements that make it your favourite?

I think at the moment, the OC design I'm most fond of is Mei's – she's a quick-witted witch with a white ferret familiar named Clementine – and she's had the most art of any of my characters in artfight so far:

she's openly a lesbian and very much embraces queer community/culture, which is reflected in her fun clothing and accessories! though the aspect of her design that tends to stand out most is Clem :) it was so long ago that I created her I can't remember why exactly I picked a white ferret, but I like how unconventional it is. fun fact: Clem is her late mother's familiar that was passed down to her!

do I want to be Mei or be with Mei??? no one knows
