I did a design and story overhaul on my delpad baby Skye.
When I first created her 2 years ago, I set her bday to be May 30th, 2022 with dt17.
But due to LP's characterization in dt17 I realized it didn't really work and because of that I had basically let Skye gather dust these past 2 years.
So I completely changed her story making her a 90s baby instead with dt87
Yes I know this means I gotta rework an entire story for Della but shhh
Quick lil doodle based off of the fact that I didn't know the difference between Christmas and Hanukkah until I was 7 cause I celebrated both
Also I need to use Skye more often

I haven't drawn Skye in so long 😭 for those who don't know who Skye is, she's my Delpad kid I made last May
Out of the next gen kids she's closest to Racer, both in age and just overall lol
She's about 22 and Racer's like 10
Girl's Personalities of Next Gen Kids? (Amelia, Ivy, Jade, Skye, Ginny and DJ)
Going in order of oldest to youngest
Jade is pretty ambitious if her stress doesn't eat her alive. She loves family but has a hard time rekindling due to her stubbornness and spoiler alert, she dies but I'll go into how a bit later.
Skye is a bit of a scatterbrain. She's very sweet and generally has a good heart. But she's very emotionally sensitive and the slightest bit of disapprovement will completely destroy her day.
Amelia is generally soft spoken and loves to do crafts. Everyone always commentates how she looks like her great grandmother but she doesn't know how to feel about that cause she never met Hortense. But also Amelia acts as the 'mom' of the group. Always trying to keep her cousins and siblings in line.
Ginny much like Huey and Violet, takes the JWG to heart. However she is more hyper than Violet, especially when excited. But she does terribly with sugar (debating on making her type 1 diabetic or just sugar intolerant like Huey). She tries to always find a balance between magic and science, sometimes trying to combine the two.
DJ is a bit harder to come up with cause Delly is actually the one who created her lol. But she's definitely her mother's daughter we'll put it at that lmao. She is for sure the baby of the group and tries to mimic everyone around her, both good and bad. And she loves anything princesses or playing dress up

I wanted to give her more of the "classic McDuck bangs" and I forgot Hortense as well as Loopey have curly hair so I wanted to make that more noticeable
Also I'm playing around with her clothing and clothing color palette

And yes she is Racer's aunt! Figured that she'd be the closest to the Mallards. But also woohoo! More Dewelyn people definitely an underrated ship! Also yeah I get you, delpad isn't everyone's cup of tea :)
