My Bosmer Nariel had this happen.

Attacked out of nowhere by an angry orc. I put one arrow in him, he yielded before he was killed,  then offered to sell stuff to me.

HE TRIED TO SELL ME THE ARROW I JUST SHOT HIM WITH.

I’ve decided that one of my newer characters will be joining the Thieves Guild. Brynjolf is currently telling her to steal Madesi’s ring and frame Brand-Shei.

Right in front of Brand-Shei. 

I’m starting to see why the guild’s not doing so well.

so I killed a Dark Brotherhood target by some river while we were being attacked by mudcrabs and got bounty added 

killed the mudcrabs and it was removed 

apparently they can snitch on you
