Oh my god, the prequels are so important! You get to see Luke and Leia’s parents and where they come from; how gentile Padmé is and how Luke is a reflection of his mother. And you see how Leia reflects her father’s personality, and Vader’s redemption was thanks to Luke, becasue like his mother he saw that deep down Anakin was a good person after all, and that the galaxy was safe and everyone regoiced.. I just have a lot of feelings towards the prequels.
