Alma walked over to the table with another mt dew. "Here you go, Sweetie." She said setting it down. She probably should just go back behind the counter but he had been here all day. She worried.
"We're on the dinner menu now, it's been hours since you had lunch, can I get you something?" The waitress felt like there was something off about the kid but she felt bad for him. He'd been here all day just sitting.

"Did you know about Trevor and Jenny?" Jill asked looking Kirby in the eyes. Rage filled her. Not towards her friend but towards the situation. Her whole perfect life was crumbling and she was spiraling. "THEY SLEPT TOGETHER KIRBY! At your party last week!" Jill sobbed but no tears came. Just anger. "This is so fucked! Jeremiah hated working the early mornings at the gas station but he guess it was better than working the late nights. When the bell above the door dinged he looked up. "Good morning." He said with a smile. "Coffee is fresh."
