WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU OPEN A SITE IF HALF YOUR ADMIN TEAM IS NONEXISTENT AND THEN YOU BECOME NONEXISTENT. WHY WASTE THE FUCKING EFFORT. BECAUSE NOW WE'VE ALL MADE CHARACTERS AND PUT IN THE EFFORT AND NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN BECAUSE YOU DECIDED TO OPEN A SITE WITHOUT HAVING THE TIME TO RUN A FUCKING SITE.

Maybe if you actually posted or shipped with your current characters at the rate you made new characters, you wouldn't have shut your board down due to 'inactivity'. Practice what you preach.

I think messy boards mess with my muse. I like keeping my roleplaying things all organized (unlike I keep my bedroom), so it really just bothers me when there are a ton of profiles all in one place, and I have to sift through them to find people. Organize that shit. It's the same with shippers. Organize that shit. And I really hate not knowing how active people are. Like, I feel I should go make some new ships to help jumpstart my muse, but I don't know who's active and who isn't. Maybe if the slack admins cleared out the shippers of the people they deleted, I would have a better idea.
Really, just clean up your boards. If you do a fucking activity check, clear out the fucking profiles and shippers and shit of the characters you deleted. It helps everyone.

Slacking admins suck. If they don't do their adminning job, the site dies. I have a few problems with a few admins of sites I'm on.
Site One - the admins seem to have disappeared. They held an activity check and deleted the appropriate members, but they never cleaned out the board. Go through and move applications, shippers, and threads of the deleted characters. It keeps the board looking neater, and it clears things up. If the character is gone, there's no need for their threads to be up anymore; move them to the archives. Besides, their dohtml codes no longer work, and therefore things look shitty.
Site Two - these admins also seem to have disappeared. I log on multiple times a day to this site, but I always seem to be the only one on. I'm currently waiting for 3 thread posts and 2 instant messaging posts on this site. And I have been for a couple of days (which normally doesn't bother me, but with the boom of activity this board had, it's a bit strange). To make everything better, I totally just stumbled upon a site run by these admins. One of them at least. They basically abandoned their site and are now on this one.
Real fucking cool, guys.
Honestly, I almost joined this site I stumbled on. It seemed relaxed and all. But I saw who the admins were, and my mind changed instantly. I don't want to make characters for them to be ignored completely and have the board be basically ditched within a week.
Maybe I have a superiority complex, but my co-admins and I are so much more awesome than all other admins. At least we do shit with our sites, it seems. We run them well, and we get posts done. We are not slack admins.
