The rise has to be just right and the material can't be scratchy.... these are 👌🏽👌🏽 Physique/prep update: super tired this week all thanks to being a female with fluctuating hormones 😜 My weight and body fat % are dropping every week and my workouts are still super energetic. Chicken, fish, shrimp, and beef are all getting super old but I'm finding ways to make it creative with lettuce wraps and salads. I drank a whole gallon of water tonight at the gym and could have probably drank more if I wouldn't have been too full to drive home 😂🙌🏽💦 One more month of competitions and then I can enjoy some cake, which I'm currently craving right now. #slap45days1
